At Clearwater Tours, we are committed to providing exceptional boating experiences in St. Lucia. To ensure clarity and professionalism, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation Policy:
  
  • 7-Day Notice: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Less Than 72- 24Hours: Cancellations made within 72-24Hours of the tour date are non-refundable.
• Exceptions:
  
  • Refunds will be issued if cancellations are due to natural disasters or issues on our part that prevent the tour from proceeding.

Please note that refund requests may require additional processing time, and administrative fees may apply. We recommend confirming your booking well in advance to avoid any potential issues.
